þ
Complete a Driver License Application form DL 44 - make sure you have a parent sign it.
You can only get this form at the DMV.
þ
Have your social security card or number with you.
þ
Bring an "acceptable birth date and proof of legal presence document" - better known as your birth certificate.
þ
Bring your driver's education completion certificate - often called the "pink cert".
þ
Show them your proof of driver training enrollment with a driving school. Contact us to get enrolled today!
þ
Pay the drivers license application fee.
þ
Now you're ready to show up at the DMV, wait in line, and take your written permit test. Don't bring your cell phone or any
other device that will get you removed from the testing area.
